setup and adaption
Within the setup the composition was adapted to the room and performance time, controlling volumes of the Tetraederspeaker, programming refining the transition between the parts and testing the network for the sound cloud.
The orgon robot phoibe has to be adapted to the specific organ. Each key can be pressed individual in different depth and speed, so with iron linkage has to be adapted for specific sounds. Not only the depth of the keypress also the position of the keypress on this old mechanic organ was important for specific sounds and attack glissandi and detunes.
The exact recording of this piece, which is more a sound cloud than a spatialized piece, with static microphones is impossible. Since the experience can only be live, with also the movement and the reception of the complete room acoustic. For reproduction we choose a close control recording in the room, which can be processed for media reproduction. Continuous recording more than 48h also needs big SD-cards for uncompressed sound.
